How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
You can log in to your Aryeo client portal here to cancel or reschedule. You can also use the link in your appointment confirmation.
You can text your photographer or our office if you need to cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment. CONTACT INFO
How do I schedule a reshoot?
Contact your photographer directly to schedule a reshoot. Partial Reshoots are provided at $75 and include 30 minutes of shoot time and up to 20 images. If you need a full real estate reshoot, we offer a $25-$75 discount depending on the square footage of the home.
When is payment due? How do I pay?
Payment is due by the day after your scheduled photo session.
You can access your account here anytime to make a payment or you can use the payment link included in your photo delivery email using a credit or debit card.
If an invoice remains unpaid 10 days after the session date, a $25 late fee will be applied. An additional $25 late fee will be added for each additional 30-day period the balance remains unpaid.
How do I download my real estate photos?
Tips: Make sure that you have a strong internet connection. Try a different web browser. We suggest using Chrome. Safari is not recommended. Restart your web browser. Clear your browser cache history.
