Conditions and Additional Services
Photo Ready: To maximize the effectiveness of your photo session, we ask that the house be photo-ready upon our arrival. We will shoot the home as is with minor adjustments
Editing: While minor adjustments are included, our package does not cover advanced Photoshop editing, such as removing objects or painter's tape.
Additional Licensing Rights: If another business wishes to purchase licensing rights to use these images, they can do so by filling out the form on our Photo Licensing Rights page.
Cancellations: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your session. Please note that if changes are made within the 24-hour window, a cancellation fee may apply.
Styling: If you would like to style shots in real-time or use a connected iPad to view shots as we take them, this service can be included for an additional fee.
